"I don’t recommend this place. Location. It’s not a good location. Has a common area that’s lab and people stay up late talking at night. They have two dollar pillows, in the washrooms are small, like tiny small The only good thing about the Hotel was the girl the Frontdesk is excellent. The boss is reading this. He should give her a raise because she’s the only bright spot there."

"Perfect as expected. No complaint. Definitely will be back. Good for family rooms"

"Very good!"

"I have stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. Overall, great experience. 30-40 min walk to the Shanghai Expo Center ( about 2.5 miles) which I did every day forth and back as a good exercise. Room price is good. Clean rooms. Plenty of free water bottles at the lobby, on the floors and at the rooms, Regular coke and orange juice from the room refrigerator is free as well and gets refilled daily. Great breakfast buffet. Not many restaurants around in the walking distance. 30-35 min drive to the...

"Nice place to stay"

"Great location, but there is a lot of noise from the street. Besides construction, lots of yelling from nearby locales and restaurants. Bed is very hard and bathroom is quite small. Overall support from staff is very attentive"

"The actual room is totally different than the pictures. The washroom definitely needs some renovation. However, the location is very good which is close to the Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street and the Bund."

"Booked as "Ching-Le Hotel", but booking showed up as "Feng-Du Hotel" for some reason. Both in the same building. Thus, a bit confusing. Great Location with food court & small convenience store next door. McDonald's close by. Close to public transportation, the Bund & shopping areas was close by with a short DiDi ride. Very convenient location. Bathroom is clean with plenty of hot water & hair conditioner (so many don't provide), room has bathrobe. Staff also accommodate late check-out at 2:00pm,...
