"The room was clean. The clientele for the price paid is rude, noisy, loud, and inconsiderate in the hallways. There was a mini split but no A/C controls. If I have to beg for a remote, you do not get credit for a/c with no way to turn it on. The neighborhood is EXTREMELY noisy due to the fact that windows had to be open due to lack of air conditioning. Location to the train station is great at about 4 blocks with a McDonalds on the way. Naples is filthy and very second world with some third...

"Albergo davvero carino e personale cortese e disponibile, ma la stanza puzzava di fumo.
Non siamo riusciti ad accendere l'idromassaggio, sarebbe opportuno mettere delle istruzioni.
Tutto sommato un buon soggiorno, odore di fumo a parte.
Buona e varia anche la colazione. "

"Hotel is located very close to the main Naples terminal with a lot of eating options close by. The hotel itself is very clean and maintained with one shared bathroom. The only issue I had was that there didn't seem to be quiet hours and the walls are very thin. If anyone is using the shared space at 1am like on my trip it does affect sleep."

"The breakfast was great - lots of gf options. Location was as excellent. It was just a short walk to Pompeii Archeology site and lots of restaurants. The staff were welcoming and friendly. They struggled with English but we managed. Everything was super clean."

"AC wasn’t working for 2 out of 3 nights. Bathroom layout was a bit awkward to get around and had black mould in the shower. Bed bugs and dusty bed sheets. On the upside a really nice cafe outside and pizza restaurant. Good connection with the train line. View from the balcony was also stunning for the price we paid. But given the chance I’d pay more for better services and cleanliness during our stay elsewhere next time. "

"Hotel bem localizado no centro comercial de Nápoles. No anúncio do hotéis.com falava que tinha café da manhã incluído. Ao chegarmos fomos informados que o estabelecimento não dispõe desse serviço, o que se tornou um inconveniente. Hotel familiar, mas falta alguns reparos, banheiro pequeno e pra três pessoas tomarem banho, a última fica sem água quente, isso no inverno. Não foi um bom custo benefício. "
