"This hotel was the favorite of our trip! It’s a beautiful little hotel in a great location. It’s close to several delicious restaurants and buses/ trains. The breakfast every morning was a great variety and the people working there made us feel right at home! Delicious cappuccinos, too! Would love to stay here again!"

"Good Wi-Fi, clean room but very small, and bathroom and toilet shared with other guests in the hotel, not appropriate, no TV in the room, could get better accommodation for same price.
1st night was disturbed and couldn’t get back to sleep- very noisy and the guy at the reception had an altercation with someone and was shouting, disturbing guests’ sleep which was appalling. Staff were very unfriendly, no smile at all. They should learn to be welcoming to guests!"

"Albergo davvero carino e personale cortese e disponibile, ma la stanza puzzava di fumo.
Non siamo riusciti ad accendere l'idromassaggio, sarebbe opportuno mettere delle istruzioni.
Tutto sommato un buon soggiorno, odore di fumo a parte.
Buona e varia anche la colazione. "

"Room was very clean, roomy and the bed was firm and comfortable. Service was excellent, breakfast was delicious and we had individual service. "

"AC wasn’t working for 2 out of 3 nights. Bathroom layout was a bit awkward to get around and had black mould in the shower. Bed bugs and dusty bed sheets. On the upside a really nice cafe outside and pizza restaurant. Good connection with the train line. View from the balcony was also stunning for the price we paid. But given the chance I’d pay more for better services and cleanliness during our stay elsewhere next time. "
