"Spent a week in the lovely seaside village of Amed. Look let's be honest this not your top notch fancy Hilton like villas but for a budget price you get amazing views, clean and comfortable rooms with A/C. The pools could use some love and updating but with the beach so close by who cares really. Super friendly staff who go that extra mile when asked nicely. All in all a lovely place to stay and great value all round"

"This was a beautiful place to stay overlooking rice terrace and mountains. The owner Windu and his family were all very nice and would help me with anything I needed. If you are looking to get away from the crowds and rewind, this is the place. Although I wouldn’t recommend for anyone looking to meet others, as this isn’t a social hostel by any means. Otherwise it is very nice! "

"Never again. It stated on our reservation, daily housekeeping. When we asked about new towels and cleaning our room, they were horrified. So the room never got cleaned and we had to use the same towels the whole time there. I might add, if you want a good night sleep then this place isn’t for you. The loud music next door every night is atrocious."

"Was in a great spot. Unfortunately they dont tell you that you have to walk 150m to front door, which is fine, except i had heavy art to carry. the place was also a construction site. And a mini village, with screaming kids. The place was filthy, the bathroom stank like an open sewer and nearly made me gag. They cleaned it once, but the pong was back with vengeance. No daily cleaning of the room. It was as if the owner didnt care about his business, but instead gloated over his Harley Davidson,...
