"The staffs are great and accommodating. I booked a room for my elderly mum and wasn’t aware that it’s at end of the building (this place is huge) and need to walk up some stairs. She got upgraded to a studio which is just a short walk to all the restaurants and front entry, for 3 nights and no charges. ..."

"The property is not what it looks like in the photos online. We stayed in the 3 bedroom unit. It is open and you can lock the downstairs lounge as there is no key. The upstairs is completly open and we had to have all doors locked to keep the air conditioning in and the constant burning/smoke out, ..."
