"Advertised as a private room but was actually a dorm (same story reported by other travelers). Sheets instead of curtains. Told off for talking at 11pm. Noisy repairs underway from 7am. Floors never swept, tables sticky. Gave the property 3 days notice I would be leaving early but they still refused even a partial refund for the remaining nights, leaving me hundreds of dollars out of pocket. Absolute money grubbing. Stay away."

"We found the accommodation easily, after catching the subway from the airport to Dong Dan Subway station. The staff at the counter were lovely but didn't understand English. When we arrived at the property, it went under a different name, and we were told they didn’t have our booking information and that all rooms were full.
