"Very unique experience, located in the heart of the ancient city.
Breakfast was not huge but very tasty and accommodated a few things for us.
The staff was super friendly and some of them spoke good English.
They even gave us a little present before leaving."

"The room we stayed in was nice. It was very dusty in Pingyao. I asked for clean towels on the second day of our stay because they were dirty. It was an awkward conversation, clearly they did not want to provide clean towels. In the end they didn’t and we were left to use dusty dirty towels."

"I didn’t stay at the hotel. I called and I got no answer. I arrived at the hôtel at 22h30. I didn’t found the hôtel. No Lightning at all. I had to find an another hotel. I send the message to the hotel and I’m still waiting for answerd. I called an agent and I explained the situation. I’m still waiting for new of hôtels.com"
