"We stayed three nights and the hotel is overal OK including the hospitality of the staff. Location is great, near the mural streets of Penang, foodies and Komtar mall. On the second night i was biten by the beg bugs on my both hands and fingers. I told the reception but without telling us upfront, they suddenly cleaned up the room and sprayed insectiside, When we came back, we found out our room was upside down.
