"SO hotel staff was super friendly and helpful. Once you arrived at the lobby they greet you warmly, let you choose what kind of pillow you want; they have microfill, cotton, and pearl. Any necessity needed during your stay you may ask the front office. Room was spacious for 3 person, however if it possible avoid the room facing the road, during sunset, the sun faced right into your room and it’s makes the room temperature get hotter even you turn on your aircon. "Beautiful heritage house near everything in Georgetown. My first room the AC wasn't working but the next night they helped move to another room which was complimented. No elevator so you must carry your bags but only one flr. Place is kept clean and a very cute place to stay if your visiting Georgetown. I would stay there again."

"I am someone who never writes bad reviews; even if I feel uncomfortable, I usually just let it go. However, this time the experience was absolutely terrible. The hotel's cleanliness was appalling—the toilet was filthy, and the room door wouldn't even lock! The staff were incredibly rude and treated us like thieves!
