"Best place we have ever stayed in SF with our young kids! We will definitely be back. Parking was very secure and easy with an elevator directly to your room floor. The view was incredible! Everything was very clean including the baby crib. There is a mini store with fruit, drinks, and snacks in the lobby for the kids. My objection is that when my husband and I had been asleep for about 45 minutes, our phone started ringing and when I answered it, I was told that there were complaints that we had loud music coming from our room.
