"I don't know who is giving 10 out of 10 on these reviews. The room was not clean. There was food visible on the chair, there was trash underneath the chair. There was considerable dust on the tangled phone cable. Blood stains on the sheets. The fridge was pulled out of the cabinet and sitting in the middle of the floor. The microwave displayed an error code, but managed to work one minute at a time. One of compact fluorescent bulb lamps flickered in vain, but failed to work. There were no hangers in the closet. The curtains and blackout blinds did no function properly, with the cord broken and laying on the floor. One of the window locks was broken..The door needed to be pushed very hard to open and close. There was a single packet of single serve coffee in the room, decaf. Comped breakfast was joke. But on a positive note, the tiny tv and noisy a/c worked well."

"For the price, I thought this was a good value. Some amenities were not in the room, but available either at the front desk or in the lobby. The breakfast bar offered a good variety of food and drinks to choose from."

"Made reservations and read reviews. The reviews weren’t that good but decided to give them the benefit of a doubt. Boy were we wrong. Even one star was too good for what we went through. Paid extra to make sure we had a guaranteed room. We got the room but with broken furniture and old metal screws and staples poking out of the broken items. Asked about another room and was told that was the only one available. Asked for a refund and The man’s words were “it’s a room just stay in there.” We said went just needed a refund and he said let me see if I have something else. Said no we were already aggravated and extremely frustrated. After at least 2 hours we were finally finished. From beginning to the time we left. We went to stay at Best Western. Now that was a very nice hotel. Sorry didn’t get any pictures of the furniture because I figured they would just give us another room right away. "

"The breakfast voucher did confuse my because I didn’t put that there was 2 other people with me so only got one it was my first time reserving a room so it does fall on me other then that the room and pool was great "
