"I arrived late at night and the check-in was confusing… I had to come back downstairs to fix some things… The charging portals by the bed didn’t work. It’s certainly an acceptable hotel but I remember when the Sheraton brand was better."

"The hotel’s location next to the football stadium was the only reason we chose to stay there. Unfortunately, the property is badly outdated and looks like it hasn’t been remodeled in decades. "Excellent location - very nice staff - fantastic bar. The ONLY downside is their weird bathroom set up. Why have a window in the shower that looks out to the bed? More importantly, WHY is there an automatic light in the bathroom? So when a person gets up at 2am to use the restroom, the light automatically comes on, and then the partner that is in the bed gets woken up by the light. This makes no sense. Other than this annoyance, everything else was great."

"Staff was absolutely awesome!!! I made the reservation, then realized I would be extremely late. I called to let them know and they accomodated me so well checked me in prior to midnight then confirmed my ID when I arrived just before 3 A.M., in fact made me feel so welcome it was a breath of fresh air when compared to other hotels that have stated they can't even let me stay when I check in after midnight! Room was excellent...not sure if it was intentional but lights were on when I opened...
