"The stay was overall positive. Check-in was fine and I was attended by a gentleman who was very helpful. There was another gentleman who had poked his head from out of the back room (behind the counter) just to greet me which was nice. I asked for a late checkout and had no issue. If you are traveling in a pickup over 6 feet tall or have any type of trailer, you will not be able access the parking garage there. If you pay for parking it cannot be refunded so be careful. "A year in advance I purchased and paid in full for a 5 day stay for my daughter’s dance competition. Then without notice they canceled my entire reservation without notification, due to me arriving late. I was told this upon arrival.
