"Found when checking into the hotel that our room was unavailable due to a problem with the bathroom. So the hotel booked us a room at a different hotel that was allegedly nicer at no cost to us. The con was the air conditioning in the room at the other hotel was not working. Despite multiple phone calls to the desk, having some come look at it they couldn’t get it working. They also didn’t have any other rooms available. So we had an 84 degree hotel room with no AC. Not really hotel imperos...
