"The pool area, restaurant, and common areas are beautiful, which is what initially drew us to book this hotel. Unfortunately, the rest of the property is incredibly outdated and in need of a major renovation. The hallways have worn, dirty carpeting and scuffed walls, and the rooms are very dated. We only stayed one night before an early morning flight, and we’re glad it wasn’t any longer. In our opinion, this is not a 4 star hotel. It’s closer to a 3 star property at best. "Definitely not a four star property. The pros were the breakfast was fantastic, and the rooms have ac which is a must for a Roman summer. The location is also quite close to the airport. The cons unfortunately outweigh since the hotel is very tired and dated. There is a mold and mildew smell in the rooms, only one USB A socket, bathroom tub had stains, the bathroom mirror was chipped, the chain lock in the room was broken, the bed was uncomfortable. Won't stay here again."

"It was 38’C when we were in Rome. The AC in these rooms is beautiful. Had the room at 17’C and it was heavenly. The rooms are extremely tiny. Just a bed and bathroom. Also the cafe attached serves an American breakfast if you are staying at the hotel. Would stay again if it was going to be hot. If it was cooler, nothing in particular would bring me back here."

"The property is clean and the room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. It took a very long time (we waited for more than 30 minutes) to store the lugguages at the lobby when we arrived at the property at 11 am. When we came back to check in, the room was not ready and we didn’t get our keys until 3:45 pm."

Though they advertise rooms as "soundproof," that is not exactly accurate, as you can hear your upstairs neighbors clearly. "The staff! Amazing! Very helpful and kind! Viviana is my favourite bartender. Shuttle service is good and very convenient. Breakfast is delicious and well worth the price! Dinners were delicious and Manager Fabio is incredible. The outdoor AND indoor pool areas are beautiful. It’s my second stay there and going back in a couple of weeks after a cruise for a 3rd. It’s my home away from home. A 5 star experience for 4 star cost."

"The room is extremely small for two people. Two small luggage could not be fit there and no walking space in the room. I felt sick after staying here. The only positive thing is the helpful staff."
