"The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very nice and efficient. Although they were nice, I personally find that rings in the nose are inappropriate for workwear. It is off putting and un professional. I believe in personal choice, but also in work standards."

"The place was clean and the staff was very helpful! However
There was only 1 of the 2 bottles of "complimentary" (aka $2/ea.) water in our room when we arrived.
The A/C was not working.
We were woken up by construction very early Saturday morning.
The final straw was when we returned to our room that night and could hear 2 small dogs barking in the room next door. Not something the hotel could prevent, but was the last thing we could put up with after trying to work with the other issues....

"Reserved a King room. Was told at checking none available due to renovations and was offered free breakfast vouchers. Rooms are in fairly bad condition. For how new-ish this hotel is, it has not been upkept. "
