"Check-in w Brian was exceptional, Outstanding interpersonal skills & professionalism. My concerns were w the cleaning staff, our room was NEVER cleaned, when I asked that it be cleaned, the young lady "pretended" to not speak English ( how did she interview for the job). "I never got an explanation for the bill being more than my confirmation. I asked for a manger to call and they never did. The TV set up is poor. The remote doesnt see the TV so channel changing is very difficult and there should be 2 tvs. No lotion in the room. "The hotel was lovely and the staff was amazing. I personally do not like feather down pillows and while the pillows were nice and fluffy when you first got there, they flattened out really quickly as does the bed and it caused us to be very stiff in the morning when we awoke."
