"The home is quite comfortable, clean and offers luxurious bedding, towels, etc. We would definitely stay again. This was the first time I have used the Evolve company, and I had some difficulty understanding their process. My only suggestion is that it would be nice if there was an instruction book at the house explaining cleaning directions before check out, wifi password, etc."

"The property was nice. Everything was clean besides the shower. We went to take a shower Saturday night and when we opened the shower door there was sand on the floor. The grout was blue like they sprayed stuff but forgot to wash it. There was also a bunch of hair on the ground and in the drain. We didn’t reach out to the property manager since we were leaving the next morning and it was later at night. But that was very disappointing that the shower was so gross. The sink in the bedroom didn’t...
