"It was an ok stay for just one night. Staff friendly and fun! The hallway of our floor (8th) had a funky smell which was not the best start however you could tell when we came back from dinner that night hotel was attempting to make it smell better — honestly thought someone must’ve been smoking weed in the hallway. "

"We got there at 6:30 pm. Happy hour with free drinks and food til 7. We had no idea! Each adult was eligible for 3 free drinks. The bar tender was ready to give us 3 right away! (Which we didn’t do). Hotel was quiet and clean. Upgraded to a suite. 3 of us had our own queen bed! Would stay again "

"This day was fair no problem cleaning this overall it's good everything I see about the hotel was great service great food no problem no way the rooms could have been a little that's great:-) no problems nowhere convenience restaurants shopping gas interstate bit bigger it was kind of compact"

"The Floor Manager took care of a major snafu on our reservation when our room was given away by a desk clerk. He was able to shift rooms for those guests to accomodate my special health needs. Thank goodness for him because the corporate employees in the national locale were no help at all."

"Very nice people and extremely convenient when you were going to Birmingham specifically for Care at UAB. You can easily walk to the UAB facility from this hotel. It felt safe and clean and the staff was really helpful."
