"The WORST service I have ever experienced at a hotel. The check in process took 39 minutes and I still don’t even know why. The girl at the front desk (young, blonde girl) was the least helpful any human could be. I kid you not, anything I asked her for she said no and did not offer any alternatives..just no we don’t have that or no we can’t do that for you. Then to top it off, the lady “helping” with the breakfast buffet was extremely rude to my kids and me. We took yogurt out of the fridge and she actually huffed because I guess we were inconveniencing her because she was going to have to restock the fridge again with one whole yogurt. And surprise surprise I tried to call Malvin the manager to discuss this with him and haven’t heard back. I never write reviews but this was ridiculous and no one else should have to experience this."

"loved the place and area, only issue was it did seem like it wasn’t properly cleaned before we arrived and found someone’s socks under the pull out couch. But overall everything else was great! "
