"Our room was gross. Ripped bedding, uncomfortable pillows, zero toiletries and very slow blowing AC. Property pool smelled like pee and the beach balcony covered in bugs and old rusty furniture. Toilet had no back seat on it so when you sat down, you hit your back on metal pipes. Coffee maker broke day one and continental breakfast was terrible canned fruit and dry eggs. Do not recommend at all!!"

"Room and property was very clean and well maintained. Although we didn’t use, there were a lot of amenities and regular shuttle service to the affiliated casino. There was also a complimentary breakfast with several self- serve items and a staff member present for support."

"Hot tub and pool were nice.
Out TV sound was broken, but staff brought a new TV for us and responded right away. Jackie was friendly and helpful.
Don't order through Expedia though, it's way more expensive than going through the hotel directly!!"

"Good location for walking to downtown and to the ferries.
Mediocre hotel. One of our 2 rooms was not ready until 45 minutes after check-in--despite the receptionist calling me on my cell to tell me that the room was ready. Upon arriving back at the hotel, after leaving an enjoyable dinner at a restaurant because of this phone call, we were told that she called us "by mistake." The room was not ready. We lost much more than the 45 minutes.

"Property was unique. Very old and historic and well maintained. Location is excellent, one block from Traverse bay and Bay shore drive which is a lovely walk on the waterfront with beautiful homes.
Location is also close to town with excellent restaurants and shopping. breakfast was great with a great selection of hot foods, fruit and pastries
We originally booked a room on the east wing but on arrival the room was found to have a terrible musty odor,such that we couldn’t stay in it....
