"There were a couple of reasons that I won’t be going back to the Holiday Inn:
1. There was no Complimentary Breakfast; we would’ve had to pay around $10.95 per person (we didn’t eat there).
2. Some of the outlets in the room didn’t work.
3. The bathtub wasn’t very clean."

"The hotel was pleasant and the Staff were very friendly and helpful. I understand their goal of wanting to save on washing by not switching out towels everyday unless you ask but I wasn't aware they wouldn't be making beds or vacuuming every day. I think that's something they should tell you upon checking in to their hotel. Also they "ran out" of creamer for the coffee at breakfast??? If you are offering free breakfast and coffee is part of that, shouldn't you be well stocked on everything???...
