"Our first room was filthy/hadn’t been reset. There was literal coke residue on the dresser, crusty rose petals on the floor, and dirty napkins by the jacuzzi. We had to be moved to another room. The property is very outdated and falsely advertises amenities it doesn’t even offer/maintain anymore. Grossly priced for what was offered during our stay. Staff is disengaged and don’t seem shocked by how unclean the property is. They direct you to activities that are overrun by weeds, grass, and bird...

"Room is beautiful just needs some maintenance. Couple things broken and hanging, rug needs a deep cleaning and pool needs a scrub. Also fridge had mold in the freezer. Coffee maker in the room didn’t work."

"Nothing wrong with the hotel but don’t book through Expedia. We purchased a 2 queen room for my wife, 2kids and I. The hotel stated that Expedia did not update available rooms and we were provided with a room with 1 bed making for an uncomfortable night for a family of 4."

"There is a giant pothole in the parking lot. And the staff seems to have overbooked the hotel beyond what they can maintain a safe and enjoyable stay. There were at least 40 people downstairs for breakfast and for some unknown reason all of them brought their luggage down and clogged up all the walkways and seating area. I couldn't have gotten out of the lobby safely should there have been an issue."
