"Great price for a clean place to stay. The pool was nice and the Tiki bar was the perfect amenity for our group. Close to everything we wanted to experience."

"The property is an active construction site. The room is fairly shabby. The pillows feel like they’re made of cast iron and the pull out sleeper bed had a tear in the lining so the mattress sank in one of the corners. Location is great, right on the Gulf. When the construction is finished the new rooms will be worth the price. In its current state it’s overpriced."

"It would be nice to have more extra blankets in the unit and hooks in the bathroom. Otherwise everything else was perfect!"

"I love it"

Parking is plentiful. The unit was very clean, common areas outside were also well taken care of (and clean), in very good condition, and everything was thought out perfectly, from clean linens, plenty of towels (both beach, pool, and room), soaps (including dish & washing machine), and very, but very comfortable. ...

"We wish we had more stars to give. Perfection! Everything we needed easily available, top level comfort, beautiful!"

"The property was as described… clean and comfortable. Thank you for the early check in and I’m glad it was available. There are a few rules for the house that were not disclosed in the Expedia listing. There were only two of us that rented the house, but the reason we rented the house was to have an 80th birthday party for a family member. We went ahead and had the party, even though the rules once we got there said no parties. But it wasn’t a kids party. It was an 80th birthday party and...
