"I was surprised that with a three day stay, my room was not cleaned or replenished once. I didn’t leave a do not disturb sign on the door and there wasn’t an option to opt out of service. I had an ask for shower toiletries each day at the front desk which I’ve never had to do at any hotel. Given how many other hotels there are in the area, I won’t be staying here again."

"The Hotel was conveniently located to Hershey and the Capitol. Registration was busy at check in and only one employee trying to accommodate a line. Our room was mostly clean but definitely not stocked. If you are going to have dispensers in the shower they need to be full. We had zero body wash, zero shampoo, and zero hand soap. When packing up to leave we opened all drawers and wardrobe to make sure we had everything. This was the first time we opened the wardrobe and there was a pair of men’s...

"The room was mostly clean, but we did find an m&m (thankfully before our dog did) and a dead marker on the floor upon arrival. The walls are paper thin and the pipes from the sink next door rattled right next to our heads while we tried to sleep. It was spacious but felt like a much cheaper hotel than it was."
