"I stayed at Penn Harris for one week. There is an outdoor pool (I didn’t use) that looked nice. I like that there was plenty of parking, a restaurant and bar at the hotel. What I didn’t like was that they only had cable TV with a few channels, no laundry facilities on site, no elevator, rooms are dated and dark, and hotel smells musky."

"The place was clean enough and spacious. Sign in process was easy. People live here long term and are very loud even during quiet hours. An alarm in our room went off and woke up the family at 6am. "Front Lobby and entire area was clean downstairs ONLY. Our room was okay. Hallway floor had trash and towels laying most of the day. Also, don't expect clean towels or toilet paper if staying more then 2 days!! Have to go to front desk for that. Safety Lock your doors at all times!!Housekeeper knocks as walking into our room.
