"Everything was a good experience with the exception of the woman at the frint desk - Zoey. She was extremely rude upon check in and when i asked a question to clarify a change that was made, she responded very aggressively. This was my first impression of the property as she was the first person i saw. Other than this interaction, everything else was great. Sheila (maid) was absolutely amazing and the sweetest hotel staff member ever! "

"Nice hotel and everything’s fine. Just a couple of oddities: 1) This was a prepaid. However, as is typical, an incidentals hold was placed for $100. Little steep but maybe customary for this area. However, front desk agent handed me back my card and said this fee was declined. Knowing there was no way there could be a problem w the card, I asked him to please try again.
