"The number1 season I booked this hotel,is because it's a 2min. walk to the tower of pisa. The secound reason was because they offer"parking"on this platform. But when I arrived there the staff wants to charge the €15 for parking, but then I would have to look for a public paid-parking(blue lines) or public free-parking (White lines).I find this very deceiving, because it you advertise with parking,it should be available on there premises.
Yours,
Kamal"

"Loved the rustic charm of this hotel. 10 minutes to the tower on foot very conveniently located. Loved the cafe on the ground floor. We went every morning for our coffee and brought it back to the room whilst getting ready. The staff were amazing so helpful. There is a lift if you need to use it. Nice table and chairs outside to have a relax and a coffee and pastry. The only thing was we were cold so asked for extra blankets which were brought immediately. Great shower and bathroom with products...

"Property was near the airport- thought the plane were landing and taking off in the parking lot.
Room was clean but as with overall hotel tired. Amenities were missing, no tissues, paper cups - just 2 per room and cheap environmental toilet paper. Staff was friendly and helpful when asked. Breakfast was very good! Parking was excellent."

"Clean Rooms however there was no iron, no kettle to make coffee/tea the other hotels we stayed in had those amenities, The front desk was helpful but the ladies at the breakfast station were not, I guess that was because we were Americans mind you it was 8 of us and I saw personally how they treated their own people and refused to give us a cappuccino.
I enjoyed their Beautiful country of Italy but when I pay my money I expect good service."
