"In town from Atlanta to see a comedy show in Chattanooga for the weekend. I was really disappointed in general with the hotel. I love the area, although there is high construction near by, it wasn’t an issue. Good eateries and shops around as well. Courtyard area was nice with chairs and the fireplace/fire-pit.
Hotel does not have elevators!!!
However upon check-in walking into the lobby, there was a portable air unit that was sitting up on a table or some object, blowing air toward the check...

"When we were stopped and warned by someone in the parking lot leaving the hotel as we were on our way to check in, I knew it was bad. The room we were supposed to stay in was disgusting. The couch was stained and nasty while the chair had hair all over it. The room smelled like it had been bleached with a film across the top of the floor that left our shoe prints when we walked on it. "Parking was challenging because the hotel shares parking with a mall and restaurants which were very busy maybe due to arriving around dinner time on Saturday. Upon arrival there was one bath towel in the room when we had two registered guests. Requested additional towels and they were delivered. Otherwise, the hotel and staff were as expected. "
