"Check in at guest services was sub par...seemed like I was an inconvenience. Clearly not busy at 1800
Check out (night auditor maybe, since I left at 0500) was awesome but coffee was just luke warm. Lucky to get it though because I was leaving too early for the complimentary breakfast.
Since the reservation was booked through Expedia I was not provided a receipt for the stay. I was told I had to ask for one from a "third party""

"The facility was poorly laid out.
Our room was poorly lit. The electrical outlet in the bathroom did not work.
We had a 2 night stay but did not receive housekeeping service. We had to seek additional coffee supplies due to no housekeeping service.
There were a lot of attractions within walking distance of hotel.
The parking was not convenient to hotel which was across the street. It was difficult to bring our luggage from parking garage to check-in (front desk)"
