"I needed a comfortable, quiet room, and this place fit the bill. I was returning from a long international Holdiay and I needed to fix my sleep prior to getting a train ride south. "

"Our stay was great! Our room was clean, the staff was SO friendly and accommodating which truly made our entire stay. We appreciated that so so much. They gave us recs of things to do/where to eat and were so helpful when we needed to extend our room stay an extra night. Close to many things we did in the city and felt safe since we needed our key cards to get into the lobby! Would not mind staying here again!"

"I was told through expedia that i was able to garner hilton honors rewards for this stay, which i was not. Then, i tried calling Expedia and they connected me with somebody who barely knew how to work a computer and didn't even understand what i was talking about. The property was nice, management was difficult and expedia did not help with the rewards at all"

"Clean room, LOVED my stay honestly… yes in a weird area at night. But it’s gorgeous during the day.. it was my first time in SF. Solo traveler. Went to SF for a rave. I loved everything! Would def stay again… unfortunately did not make it to bfast either days of my 2 nights "

"Bed is very comfortable and so are the pillows, surprising at a hotel. Checkout at 12 and letting your valet car stay until 6 that day is helpful for tourists. "

"No amenities whatsoever. No restaurant or cafe. No bar. The “included” breakfast is non-existent. You pay for a lousy muffin. The outer door was propped open with a used dirty paper plate. So much for security! The only positives were the pretty location and nice staff. Definitely would not recommend."
