"Great hotel, firm bed, plenty of pillows, well maintained room. Sockets have usb slot for charging, all usual hotel facilities arranged well, plenty of hooks, mirrors etc all sensibly positioned which is all too rare in hotels. Nice pool & breakfast terrace. Be aware you need to get a bus or taxi from the airport & the buses only run at quite limited times. Our taxi at 1am was only 11 euros for 5 people. Staff were all excellent especially the cheerful night reception guy. Would definitely stay there again."

"Rooms were basic but very clean, and staff were very helpful. Especially Fernando, who checked us on and out of hotel, also dealt with any problems we had. We were bed only, so cannot comment on breakfast. Excellent location, able to walk to all bars and restaurants. Would have liked to have an area we could sit outside, as pool was closed on our visit. Excellent value for money. Would definitely stay again."

"Internet is not super fast, especially during evenings when I guess no one is using it. Staff is really based in the other Ibis hotel just beside this one. Room was clean but old as the wood paneling on the floor only room was peeling off at parts and the paint is wearing thin on others. The big disadvantage is the location as there are no nearby (walkable) shops or grocery stores although there is a bus that goes to the Alicante city center (Google either gets the schedule wrong or the buses are always late)."

"We enjoyed our stay. Rooms are spacious and clean. Hotel is in a great location. 10 min walk to the beach, and 2 min walk to Pola Park-which is ideal for young children/families. Staff are friendly and helpful. Early check in was much appreciated:) "
