"First big shout out and thank you to Nester and Ana. I had booked with a 3rd party vendor and I had some questions about my reservation. I called and Nester provided me with the information I needed and made me feel relaxed and comfortable. When I arrived later that day I saw him. He and Ana greeted me and provided an excellent check in experience. 10 out of 10. They even told me about the shuttle which was able to take me to my location in the morning. "

"Most hotels that accept pets are not very clean. They save their worst rooms for people with pets. And they also charge a ridiculous amount for pet fees. Thank you so very much for not falling into that category. Our room was beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay. "

"The hotel was better than expected. The daily cleaning was nice as many places no longer provide this. But, they did not replace TP or restock the coffee. Having to walk down the hall at 6am to the use public bathroom was less than ideal."
