"lovely hotel, right next door to Palazzo Davanzati, so absolutely in the centre of Florence. Large room, beautifully laid out. The street is a busy pedestrian one, but top quality double glazing kept out all noise at night. The staff were ALL friendly and there was a wonderful atmosphere of happiness throughout. Leonardo at the desk was a joy. The only thing to note is that access to the hotel and its lift is up one flight of steep stairs, so not good for any with reduced mobility. Staff would...
