"This is a gorgeous hotel built in an old palace. The staff were very helpful and took the time to make sure our stay was memorable. The view from the terrace was breathtaking! You do need to take 3 flights of stairs but it is well worth it!"

"very friendly staff, great breakfast"

"The hotel is very centrally situated next to the Ponte Vecchio. It has a lovely rooftop bar and restaurant and living room/breakfast room areas. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly."

"The hotel was great with helping us arrange the hotel offered walking tour to introduce us to Florence. Sabina the owner/host was our tour guide, and she was excellent during our private tour of Florence, she was very knowledgeable about the city, and it was a perfect introduction and start to our trip. The hotel itself was great, located in an old monastery just minutes away from the Uffizi gallery. The Turkish steam shower was a great option in our chosen room. Everything about our stay...

"Great hotel in a great location. I wanted something close to the train and close to the center of the action. This took care of both. Clean big rooms. Cold ac. Only thing is I would have appreciated a couple free bottles of water. They insist on you paying for them from the mini bar or drink tap. I still give them 5 stars bc it’s a great boutique hotel. Throw in a bottle or two!!! There’s a small market right across the steeet that was helpful."
