"While the Sonesta in Chattanooga appears clean, my recent stay was a complete failure in hospitality and basic guest care.
Upon discovering that the toilet flooded the bathroom floor every time it was flushed, I immediately requested assistance. I was assured maintenance was on the way, but after three hours of waiting and multiple follow-up calls, I was told no one would come until the next day—and that no other rooms were available to move me to. "The cost of the parking is pretty ridiculous since it is so far from other attractions. You have to drive to other attractions. The attached restaurant takes up most of the parking and you pay the same as the price of valet. The fact that the hotel is connected to the restaurant is pretty great though.
