"This was a surprisingly nice property. I did nkt expect it to be so big inside with such a great upper lobby area. The staff was super friendly (except this 1 lady at the front desk-didnt get or pay attention to her name tag, but she seemed to be having bad days on both of my encounters with her) nevertheless, the bar, cleaning, and other front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. "Nice accommodations…I am a “gold status” on hotels.com and it said I get free upgrade if available and 2 free drinks per night. The front desk guy looked at me as though I was crazy! Said they do not have anything like that. I mentioned Hotels.com and he basically laughed. I was a bit disappointed "
