"Parking is feels safe and is easy. Room rates were pricey considering the overall condition of the building. Only a single elevator was in operation during our stay so waits were long. The hotel in general is fine but could use some updating."

"We stayed in the room 1177. The bathroom is so old. Water is leaking from the bathtub. The sink has a crack line. Pillows are very still. There aren't any variety available. All are the same stiffness. One good thing is the room has one separate king bed in the bedroom and the outside has 2 double bed. One bad thing is the bathroom is in private bedroom. "Rooms were okay. We reserved a room that was supposed to accommodate 4 but realistically was good for 2. The pull out sofa bed was THE MOST UNCOMFORTABLE thing. I ended up sleeping on the floor. We had to request towels, pillows, sheets. The staff at the bar and coffee shop were very nice. Wasn’t a bad stay, just kind of meh."

"We appreciated the easy parking and check-in of this property. Our room was spacious and clean, although our door didn't latch properly and we didn't know it had been left open until we returned from an event at 10 p.m. that evening. The Wi-Fi also appeared to be down, which was unfortunate as it was $9.95 per day to use. Restaurant on-site was high-quality and hotel staff were all incredibly friendly."

"Check in took a bit longer than expected which seemed to be due to staffing issues. The room was clean and ready for us upon check in. The parking available through the hotel and also the long-term airport parking were a bit confusing for our stay and we left for our trip still unsure of if we were in the correct parking area. Overall we would stay again and would like to use the pool next time!"
