"Our tv was not working properly. A maintenance man came to the room and got the TV on but after he left it wouldn’t turn off. They were supposed to fix it while we were out but no luck There was no communication from one shift to the other so finally at 9:30 at night we were given a new room The other problem was the entrance way was not level with the rest of the room and we tripped going to the bathroom at night."

"They charge me $35 dollars more bec i got there 1 hour early .the guy at the desk was so rude about it. i get to the room bathroom is so small the the sink is in the bed room. Elevator was glitchy. The tv didn’t work. Netflix would not show on the screen .. tv was so small it was level to the bed so you couldn’t see it. Definitely never staying here again."

"The 2 night stay was going great ...... Until check out morning. 5pm the previous evening, I requested a late checkout just in case I needed a little more time in the morning. The front desk attendant was very helpful and scheduled me for late checkout. Before noon(my late checkout was 1pm) there were 3 separate knocks. 2 from house cleaning and 1 from possible management. Possible management stated that at 1230pm I would be charged for an additional day. I informed her that my late checkout...

"The hotel is nice and comfortable. The rooms are nice and the showers/sinks are modern. The breakfast was pretty good. In fact, my wife does not eat pork and the person working the breakfast took the time to prepare her turkey sausage to eat one morning. we were very appreciative of the individualized attention that she received."
