"The young lady at the check in desk was very welcoming and helpful. The bartenders are all very courteous and the service is great. It's a nice property and easy to get around. You can walk to several other casinos if you want a change of pace but this one is big and has everything you need. You can walk to Lady Luck Casino without going outside if you want to see more gaming options.
There is only one desk chair to sit on in the room so you don't really hang out in there but the beds are clean...

"My and my friends had the worst time at this hotel. The pool was under construction, and the entire hotel was so cold that the front office gentleman was wearing a coat the whole time. My partner is allergic to the cold and had such a bad reaction we had to leave the hotel early to take her to the hospital. I honestly would love a refund. This was an awful experience. "

"Hello,
I recently stayed at the Lady Luck hotel and unfortunately, don't have a positive review.
The entire buildings AC was broken and it was incredibly hot in the room; even with the window open (4 inches) it was impossible to sleep.
Also, the elevators are horrible, and take an average time of 5-10 minutes! This place seemed to be operating in White Lotus survival mode honestly. I'd love for management to reach out and either refund my money or comp it. Sadly, nothing really sticks out as...
