"Our stay was fantastic! The hotel was very clean and prefectly located in Chicago to get around. The best part of this stay was the All-Star team that works there. John, Shyeisha, Dominique, Zohra ,and Jelena really make the stay great. They were a great front desk staff that each day of our stay were resourceful, helpful, and overall great kind/caring people.
