"My family of 4 stayed in a king bed suite and it was perfect sizing for us. The view of the lake was an added bonus! We did have to call a couple times with no answer and walk downstairs to track down some sheets for the pullout bed, but overall a great stay!"

DJ was on duty for awhile when we were there & was a bright friendly face every time we came in or out. The breakfast was the best one we have had from a hotel yet. Parking was more than accessible & best price we had found. We WILL be back! Seriously perfect experience."

"The front desk was helpful. The location very convenient in getting to places in Chicago. The facility and breakfast provided were also very nice. Unfortunately the house keeping was below average. They missed the scheduled in room cleaning, and even though we have asked the front desk several days in a row, they couldn't make the time. We even have to ask 2 times for toilet paper"
