"The Abner is a wonderful place to stay. It’s clean, the bed was comfortable and the room was beautiful. The staff were helpful and friendly. It’s located in Litchfield center so walking to dinner is easy. The breakfast was delicious. I recommend it highly. "

"The entry to the bed and breakfast was through the owner's residence. The state of the entry probably should have given a clue about the cleanliness of the rooms. The floors in the hallway looked as though they hadn't seen a vacuum in a year. Layers of dust on the furniture in the room, and floors that were not cleaned prior to my arrival. The shared bathroom hadn't been cleaned and the shower curtain was covered in pink mold. An old used facecloth hung inside the shower. I made this reservation based on positive reviews. I cannot recommend this business."

"We had a lovely stay at the inn— Curry is a friendly, helpful innkeeper and couldn’t have been kinder! The room was spotless and spacious with a comfortable bed, and a lovely continental breakfast was provided. The short walk or drive to the charming downtown of Great Barrington made it even nicer! Highly recommend!"
