"So bad, there wasn't even soap in the rooms. Guest towels were andingy grey. Several other guest rooms had groups of men who kept their doors opened and seemed to be living there. "Interesting hotel built around the stages and rehearsal spaces for the park. Prices were a bit steep from PA but OK - there is supply and demand. Staff was gracious, and friendly. We were arriving with limited time to dress for a black tie wedding - 25 min away and the front desk helped us get into our rooms...thank you. ""A little bit funky" is how I would describe Lancaster Arts Hotel. Definitely different, and all in a good way. My requirements for a stellar hotel always includes: clean, comfortable and quiet, and LAH checked all those boxes. Loved the original art work on the walls. The shrimp bisque, ordered on the recommendation of the bartender, was undoubtedly the best I have ever tasted. All employees were cheerful and helpful. I look forward to staying there in the future."

"The front desk staff was pleasant. The property itself was very well maintained. The pools, recreation areas, mini golf were great. The hotel room we stayed in was ok, the mattresses were not the greatest, they need updating and the room itself had lots of visible wear and tear and smelled a bit musty.
