"We got there late but they got us promptly checked in the gentleman behind the desk. That evening was really friendly. The next morning I watched an irrational customer being sectionally rude to the guy who happened to be behind the desk that morning who took it all in stride. It's very friendly and tried to be accommodating. The breakfast was okay. Normal fair for a hotel. Rooms were clean."

"Everything was good Except your paying 44$ per night for valet public parking They charge us double deposit on two separate cards then said they didn’t have my card on file that was charged when I used my card for the reservation still didn’t get my money back. "

"This hotel was under major remodeling efforts. Expedia mentioned nothing concerning this. Construction materials everywhere. Doors to the rooms are very loud, can hear opening and closing all the way down the hall as if they were being slammed all night. I booked 2 nights but did not return for the 2nd nite, went to a better hotel instead."

"Room was clean and bed quite comfortable. Pool and fitness centre were pretty good! Lobby seating/lounge area was undergoing some renevations so was currently not usable. Breakfast was fine: waffles, cereals, yoghurt, bagels with toaster, eggs and sausage, orange and apple juice and coffee. "
