"The breakfast here is very good and the room and the beds and the pillows excellent .. I would like to see some sort of ramp off the curb for when you're using a luggage cart to take your stuff out to where you parked, out the back door?

"We booked this hotel solely because it had a hot tub and pool because we were there for a regional gymnastics competition and wanted to relax while the kids swam but when we got there the hot tub is under construction. I do have to say the guy that works evenings was great we had 2 rooms and in 1 of them you could clearly tell it was not cleaned they made the bed with out even changing linens there was a fork and 2 knives along with dirty socks under the blanket. "Dated and worn hotel. Noisy in the evening with kids running around the halls. Breakfast buffet is mediocre compared to quality of competitors offering the same service. This hotel should not be rated 9+, it should be rated no higher than some score in the 8 range. Not terrible, but I would not stay here again if visiting Louisville."
