Hostess : Top notch hospitality; Regina looked out for everyone who stayed for the Kentucky Derby event like a mother. "The room was very clean and the staff very attentive. In addition to cleanliness, comfortable beds are super important to me. The mattress was great and sheets were very soft and breathable. I particularly like their pillows- should have asked where to buy them. They have black out curtains and the room was quiet even though I was there during KY Derby week- which was busy but not noisy. "Tub was broke and wouldn’t refund me my money back "

"Breakfast was good. Check in was awful they didn’t check us in around 3pm when they said they would. They didn’t have any clean towels the front desk said they are still in the dryer I don’t know when they will be done. The sink and bathtub clogged the entire time. They also charged us another $115 for no reason. "

"The building was very old and run down. Carpet and floors dirty when you walked in to check in. Front desk guy was friendly. We were given one key and took the elevator that made noise as the door closed up to our floor. Our room was run down, old, and noisy air conditioner unit, toilet that hardly flushed, and got plugged and when my husband went down to tell them, they handed him a plunger. Unreal. The only good thing I’ll say is that the bedding- sheets and blankets were clean. "
