"Sleeping on a concrete floor would have had more cushion than the bed. The refrigerator didn’t work and the room was so small that there wasn’t even room for a nightstand or table on one side of the bed. I checked in on my phone, having to scan in my driver’s license, but I had to repeat everything again at the desk once I arrived.
