"The room was clean and the staff was friendly. However the Expedia amenities included in the search was not actually included. The breakfast that was said to be included was not. It did not actually have a hot tub as stated in the Expedia search parameters."

"Gorgeous property and old town; especially during this fall season. Brumley restaurant is connected to hotel and gorgeous. Good food too. Bed comfortable but loud air conditioning unit and street noise. Ask for room away from street. Enjoyed our stay."

"Very peaceful and relaxing property. I love the view from the loft. You can watch the sun rise straight from your bed. There is a very neat mediation point just steps from the cabin. Great for prayer and a quiet moment with God. The view of the river is gorgeous too and can be seen from loft and back porch area which has two rocking chairs and an area to make a fire."

"The hospitality was top notch, the property just added to it thru and thru!! I will definitely be back, and I recommend it 100%. The town of Marshall will take u back to a Norman Rockwell painting of a forgotten time in America that will be remembered as soon as u are transported there! Don’t miss out on this hidden gem!!"

"The lock to get the key took about 10 trys. After that it was laid back, comfortable. Quite. Like being in a simple farm house. It was exactly the thing we needed. River was across the street. We caught fish, enjoyed the town. Perfect for us."

"Owner was a sweetheart we met because of our confusion regarding heating unit. Road traffic is sometimes noisy, but not a real issue this time of year.
Kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need and very neat and clean."

"The property was nice and the location was unbeatable. We were within walking distance to everything. The back deck was peaceful and a great place to relax. The pricing was good for what we experienced. A few small issues were, none of the 3 ceiling fans worked or at least we didn't see any instructions and none of the wall switches controlled them. Maybe it was user error but we couldn't figure them out. The listing said all toiletries were included and we were able to find the shampoo but...
