"We stayed here for 2 days on our honeymoon in Colorado we asked for room service multiple times and it never happened i had to request towels on 3 separate occasions and they never brought them up to our room i had to go to the front desk and get them. Hotel over all was very run down and not very pleasant outlets on the walls didn’t work in the room broken light bulbs mold on the ceiling in the bathroombreakfast was ice cold and the pool was closed so that wasn’t something we could enjoy"

"This place is overpriced. It is living on steam from glory days of the past. The restaurant is extremely overpriced & the food was barely ok. Go somewhere newer & get more bang for your buck."

"The hotel has a great free breakfast buffet with plenty of options, some of which are available daily while others vary from day to day. There is a nice, large dining area.
I like this hotel because it is smaller in comparison to other hotels in the area which, because I travel alone, gives me a sense of safety. Also, the staff are very friendly and helpful. "

"I made a reservation for three nights so my kids could swim each night. When we arrived we learned the pool was closed. I asked if we could stay just one night due to the pool being closed and go stay somewhere that had a pool open. Staff told me yes and that I would only be charged for the single night we stayed. When I checked my credit card, I had been charged for three nights."

"The Staff here was so helpful and welcoming. The hotel itself is a little outdated our AC didn't work all that well and the breakfast was just okay and very minimal no fresh fruit canned fruit and the flavored creamer was empty. The room was clean, but the property needs a face-lift."
