"I love this place! I typically need to stay here to make a trip to visit my Father workable, given the Washington Ferries these days- and was so delighted to find it! Everything about it is easy, comfortable and safe. It's a quick walk to seatac, which is sweet way to start my trip home.
The staff has always been kind and efficient, the rooms immaculate and super comfortable."

"I was not allowed to complete my stay. It's a very long story but I was stranded in Federal Way and I made the booking using travel credit from another property that I had previously
cancelled my second night stay because of unacceptable conditions there. By the time I arrived at this property I was almost in tears , exhausted and dirty from being on the road. When the clerk asked me for a $100 deposit I asked him to waive it. I didn't have another $100 and offered my credit card which was...

"Was put on 8th floor and had no hot water - well, I was told that 95 degree water was ok. Asked to be moved to lower floor (closer to the boiler) and was accommodated. Water was still not as hot as I like, but at least warmer than body temperature.
Otherwise it was fine. Bed was very comfortable."

"Staff was very nice and made things right. Room ventilation is at zero and with the customers they prefer it makes it difficult to breathe inside because all ventilatuin systems within the suite are completely zero and with Pacific HWY traffic pollution and people wanting to get high on legalized marijuana outside it is impossible to have fresh air. If you love drugs and pollution book at the NIWAS."
