"We chose this property based on the fact that they offered roll out beds if requested and clearly stated on the expedia description. I requested them immediately after booking. They said they dont have that option. Strike 1. We arrived and the staff was less than friendly and seemed bothered i was even there. Strike two. Then the elevator was out of service, no sheets were in the room for the sofa bed, the doors to the bathroom and the bedroom didn’t fully close properly. We had a non refundable...

"Having stayed there several times, was disappointed that the breakfast doesn‘t include an omelette any longer, which now has to be purchased separately. Also, no more to go coffee. Also, no regular room service, which now has to be requested the night before."

"The Staff here was so helpful and welcoming. The hotel itself is a little outdated our AC didn't work all that well and the breakfast was just okay and very minimal no fresh fruit canned fruit and the flavored creamer was empty. The room was clean, but the property needs a face-lift."
