"We loved our room, which was spacious, tastefully decorated, clean and quiet. Every single staff member we encountered was friendly, helpful and seemed to enjoy working at the resort. We thought that food and beverage options were fairly priced. We would definitely choose to stay here again.
I agree with some other reviews that the pools are rather small, when compared to resorts with featured water parks, but they weren’t busy and it wasn’t the draw for us."

"The hotel was pleasant nothing spectacular. We didn't get maid service which was a bummer. Apparently I had to fill out a card if I wanted to get maid service. Never in my life of all the hotels I've stayed in I had to fill out a maid card request. We stayed 3 nights and didn't get any made service.I have two toddlers in the room and it was a hot mess.. I asked the front desk the next day , why our room wasn't clean and he told me , I had to fill out a card. Lol so you can see how that...

"This is a hole in the wall inn. Very quaint and simple. I am not one looking for large rooms or a lot of amenities. We look for a clean room, comfortable bed, safe surroundings, and a nice hot shower.
There is a bar/restaurant attached to the Inn, but the 2 nights we stayed, there was no problems.
Very nice place to stay."

"Booked our hotel and the posting said underground tunnel to the waterpark we went to Wisconsin in December when it was 8° and the hotel room we got was not even attached to the main building so it’s not very beneficial to take toddlers and 8° weather in your car after they’ve been to a waterpark
Also, it snowed while we were there and in three days, nobody bothered to clear the walkways or the sidewalks outside the room. They simply threw salt down. Just hoping it would melt. All I did was make...
