"It's clean, affordable, great for the price, right at the heart of great restaurants, and very close to my conference venue. Most of all, the staff are polite and professional. I love that leaving the luggage after check-out is quick and easy. Breakfast is free, and good! "

"The room was great and clean. The bathroom shower was not the best though. It was disabled shower do it was zero entry however the shower curtain did not go all the way down and the water sprayed out onto the floor. This was particularly dangerous as someone could have slipped when they got out. It was not just a little water either. The floor was soaked."

"Love the rooms. Kitchen, separate sitting and bedrooms. Dont like parking separate pay and must load an app or scan code when you used to be able to pay at desk and just a few years ago didn’t have to pay for parking. Just add it to room total. Hate what hotels are doing with sneaky fees. Then to top that off if you want to use the washer and dryer you have to add another app to your phone. For these reasons will be looking for a different hotel in the future. Loved the place in past years"

"Great room for my husband and self and 4 grands. Pool was huge and we had it to ourselves in the early morning. Breakfast was fabulous. And they kept replenishing. Went to a hotel last month and when the first wave of food was gone that was it!! Hyatt had a great variety and plenty . "
