"The only good thing about this hotel is the location as it is right across Roma Termini, everything else is terrible. I checked in late because my flight was delayed and when I got to the hotel, the staff did not even bother to help with my luggages. What is more disappointing is when I got to my room, it was different from what I actually booked. I didnt have the energy to complain that evening so I called reception the following day and the female staff told me I can transfer at 3 pm, just go...

"You definately need a car for this location unless it’s one night and transit to the airport. Nice wee pool and patio to relax. Didn’t try the breakfast as I was always on the go. Parking is good. However My car received damage ( probably from another vehicle reversing out) Thankfully covered by FULL damage waiver insurance Good for the beaches and airport"
